Bishop Andrew L. Randall, Jr.
Andrew Randall is a native of Shreveport growing up in the MLK Community. He is a graduate of Northwood High School, Dillard University and the Tulane University School of Law.
He began his ministry career preaching his first sermon at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church December 31, 1999. He was ordained December 6, 2001. After serving in various ministry capacities at Pleasant Hill and Light Hill Baptist Churches, he became the founding pastor of Abounding Faith Temple from 2005 until 2022. He was consecrated a Bishop in the Full Gospel Baptist church Fellowship where he as served faithfully on May 8, 2015. He is a member of the Council of Bishops and currently serves as the Bishop of Legal Counsel. Bishop Randall was called to the Sunrise Baptist Church October 8, 2023.
Bishop Randall is not only a pastor, but a noted attorney. He was admitted to the Louisiana Bar Association in 2000 and has been an Ad Hoc Judge for the Shreveport City Court.
He is deeply involved in the community and a serves on host of boards for many charitable organizations and educational institutions throughout Shreveport. His partnerships with elementary, middle, and high schools have blessed the lives of thousands of children through mentorship, provision of school supplies, and educational support.
He currently serves as the Director of Juvenile Services for Caddo Parish and Polemarch of the Shreveport Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.
He is married to Latoya Randall and the father of two daughters Sydney and Amya.
